Dr. Jones was very personable and professional, and I most appreciated
how he wanted to know what I was interested in addressing, and never
once tried to upsell any services. He was patient and answered my
questions. I had never done fillers, and at my request Dr. Jones was
conservative in the application, however I was hoping to reduce my dark
eye circles more. While I am glad I tried this out, I am not sure the results
justify the high price tag, for me.

Dr Jones is the best. He himself is five star. But the office staff have changed in the past year or two and they are extremely Unprofessional and a less than stellar representation of Dr Jones and his work. Additionally, The office phone is ignored for hours at a time during work hours and the voicemail it rolls over to is not a professional voicemail. It’s a joke voicemail that makes you think you have reached the wrong number. I guess business is really good if you don’t need to be able to communicate with patients.

Dr. Wesley is awesome! That sounds trite, but I really cannot think of any other way to describe my experience. She's gentle, professional, and does not force products or services on her patients; she just listens to what the patient wants and takes it from there. Dr. Wesley's approach is to advise me of available alternatives to whatever I ask, which allows and encourages me to make the decision that best suits my needs. When I leave from my appointment with Dr. Jones, I am confident that he has done the best that can be done for whatever is bothering me at the time or for whatever I want to improve. I know that he has the up-to-the-minute information as to what will best deal with my "issues," and I completely trust his assessment, approach, and skill. I also appreciate that Dr. Jones is communicative and friendly. I never feel that I am just the third, etc., patient of the day. In short, he is a pleasure.

Dr. Ardalan Minokadeh was so incredibly thoughtful throughout my appointment. He was respectful and didn't pressure me at all to do anything I wasn't ready for. He provided clear explanations to any of my questions and was authentic throughout our time together. I also had a a scary reaction (not because of his work!!) to an injection and he took the absolute best care of me. I felt so safe. He is excellent in every way and I can't recommend him enough.

Very professional and thorough. I went in for full body check-up and was happy with the process. Others have done a cursory look-see and then focus on selling cosmetic procedures.
